These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through my online shop.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A contract is only concluded when I accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain my property until full payment has been received.

Returns are only accepted in accordance with my Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made or personalized artworks are excluded from returns and refunds.

9. Damages and Defects

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence.

I will work with you to find a suitable solution, usually in the form of a replacement or a refund.

10. Representation of Artworks

I make every effort to display the colors and details of my work as accurately as possible.

However, please note that colors may vary depending on your screen or device.

11. Availability and Uniqueness

Many of my works are unique pieces or available in limited quantities.

I reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any artwork at any time.

12. Copyright

All artworks are protected by copyright.

The purchase of a physical artwork does not grant any rights of reproduction, distribution, or commercial use, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Reproduction or use without permission is not permitted.

13. Liability

I am fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, I am only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

16. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
